The result is 1881, a superior category Extra Virgin Olive Oil, given that when the raw material is of a high quality and is looked after carefully throughout the entire process, there is nothing more to add: Essence is Excellence.
One of S.A.T. Santa Teresa’s main values is the education and dissemination of the olive-growing culture of Osuna. To do so, it has spent years supporting and collaborating with different institutions in publishing multiple books and paintings that teach people about this ancient and new world of the olive tree.
Guided tours and tastings are also organised for groups when booked in advance.
